At Enriching Health, we take our responsibilities seriously to ensure you have a positive, safe, and respectful experience with all our services, including Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Mat Pilates classes, Falls Prevention classes, and services for NDIS Participants.
Below outlines our key commitments and expectations.

Our Responsibilities to You:

• Provide appropriate, personalised services based on your requests and our practitioner's professional judgment.

• Maintain open and honest communication with you and any approved third parties involved in your care.

• Clearly explain exercises and treatments to ensure your understanding.

• Treat you respectfully and politely at all times.

• Promptly address any issues or concerns with professional and expert advice.

• Ensure your personal and medical information is securely stored and remains confidential.

• Provide at least one month's notice prior to any changes to our service rates.

Your Responsibilities as a Client:

• Treat all staff with courtesy and respect.

• Arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

• Notify our staff promptly if you have any concerns or issues.

• Provide written notice if you wish to discontinue services.

• Ensure payments are made promptly at the conclusion of treatments; payment arrangements must be agreed upon prior to service delivery.

• Be aware that non-payment of three invoices within two months may result in suspension of services.

Appointment Cancellations:

• Exercise Physiology sessions require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

• Physiotherapy sessions require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

• Cancellations within this notice period may incur a partial or full fee. Unforeseen circumstances are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
