What is included in Falls Prevention Classes?

All classes at Enriching Health are run by an accredited Exercise Physiologist, ensuring expert guidance throughout every session. Our classes focus strongly on social connection, creating a friendly environment where every participant feels safe, supported, and welcomed. Sessions are carefully structured to challenge balance and strengthen the core, with personalised exercises tailored to each individual's needs and ability level. We finish each class with complimentary tea and coffee, allowing participants time to relax, chat, and connect.

  • Our Falls Prevention classes are suitable for anyone who wants to improve balance, strength, and mobility, especially older adults or those concerned about their stability.

  • No referral is necessary, anyone can join.
    We recommend consulting your GP or healthcare provider if you have specific medical concerns. We are able to conduct an initial Exercise Physiology consultation before you begin classes.

  • Absolutely! You can claim your Falls Prevention classes through your private health insurance.

  • Your first class is free! After that, each class is just $15.
    Sessions run for 30 minutes, followed by complimentary tea and coffee.

  • Wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes, and bring along a water bottle.

  • Definitely. Our accredited Exercise Physiologists carefully personalise each class to ensure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and supported, regardless of fitness level.

  • You can easily book via our website or contact us directly if you have any questions. We’d love to help you get started!

  • Yes! Our studio is fully accessible, with accessible parking spaces, ramps, and bathroom facilities.

  • Definitely! In addition to our regular classes, we offer personalised one-on-one sessions or small group sessions tailored specifically to your needs.
