  • Hi, I’m Andrew Dao, and I’ve been part of the healthcare industry for over five years, working as both a physiotherapist and an exercise physiologist. My journey into physiotherapy was sparked by my love for sports and science, but it quickly grew into a passion for helping others improve their overall health and well-being. I aim to create a space where clients feel comfortable, heard, and empowered with a clear understanding of their injuries or conditions. My goal is to guide clients towards a balanced and active lifestyle, helping them achieve personal milestones. Whether that’s playing with their kids, socialising with friends, or hitting fitness goals.

I specialise in hands-on treatments such as massage, dry needling, and cupping, combined with exercise programs that enhance movement patterns. Personally, I love staying active through running, golf, and gym workouts. I’ve tackled some fitness achievements, including running a marathon, competing in powerlifting, and representing China in Oztag. As a lifelong Panania local, I’m excited to give back to my community.
Fun fact: most people call me Barry. It is a nickname I’ve proudly carried since Year 7.

  • After completing my bachelor’s degree, I began working with the general population, diving headfirst into a career during the pandemic. This experience highlighted significant gaps in gender-based care, mental health support, and multidisciplinary approaches to healthcare. While I knew I wanted to deepen my knowledge, I wasn’t certain of my path. However, my strong grasp of exercise biomechanics and a growing curiosity about the physiological impact of exercise on overall health provided a clear direction into Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology.

I quickly recognised that my personal values of equality and understanding had naturally shaped my professional philosophy. Supporting individuals through some of their most challenging moments is deeply fulfilling. Helping people gain the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about their well-being is both empowering and rewarding.

Working with Enriching Health allows me to combine problem-solving, collaboration with like-minded professionals, and authentic expression in both creative and clinical ways - a rare and fulfilling mix.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring beauty and art through makeup and self-care, embracing activities that make me feel and look my best. I also create educational content that simplifies complex health and disease topics into digestible formats. Recently, I’ve returned to my strength and conditioning roots and never miss a conditioning class now. While my training intensity may vary, I always prioritise decisions that are protective and nurturing to my health.

  • Hi, I'm Nik. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation (Exercise Physiology) in 2021 and have been working full-time in the allied health industry ever since and have been loving it! My interest in the degree was sparked from my own personal experience working with physiotherapists and exercise physiologists rehabbing my own injuries I experienced growing up. This motivated me to do the same for others. I strive to help my clients achieve their goals and move pain-free on a daily basis through specific, targeted movement.  I specialise in treating clients with musculoskeletal injuries and I have a passion for helping individuals living with disabilities. I am a firm believer that a disability does not define a person and exercise is a tool I use to help individuals living with a disability. Exercise is a great modality to promote inclusivity, improve strength, mobility, balance and overall health and wellbeing - not to mention improve quality of life.

Personally, I am a very active individual. I love anything outdoors - camping, fishing, swimming, hiking - you name it, I love it. I enjoy staying fit in the gym focusing the majority of my training on strength and hypertrophy. I also enjoy challenging myself physically and completing events such as triathlons - I am looking forward to completing an ironman in the next 5 years.

  • Hi, I’m Nikki!

Every day, food weaves itself through our lives, it is fuel, it is medicine, it ignites social interaction, it fuels emotions and provides enjoyment for many. I passionately believe that food should be more than sustenance; it should be a source of joy and connection. My mission is to help individuals cultivate healthy and positive relationships with their food.

As an avid food enthusiast, you'll often find me in the kitchen, experimenting with vibrant, nutritious recipes or sharing them with my clients. I believe that mastering fundamental kitchen skills is the cornerstone of achieving your overall health goals.
